Look at the spreadsheet you were given and write an analysis based on his/her achieved amounts and their goal amounts.  Explain 2 groups he/she already achieve in his/her daily diet.  These could be groups or amounts that they are close to the daily amount.  Reversely, recommend 2 groups he/she could improve on.  These should be two groups or amounts that the person does not adequately achieve in their daily diet.  Be sure to say all things analytically and not personally.  Make sure you write the code of the table on the top of your analysis.  Your analysis should be at least 3 paragraphs long and grammatically correct.  Use this checklist to edit your writing before you turn it in.
